IXL Home is a division of the IXL Group, with a history and origins that started in in 1858, when Ebenezer Backwell established a whitesmith's shop in Geelong, Victoria. The company evolved from producing ironwork for local trades, to manufacturing stoves, establishing the foundation for what would become one of Australia's most enduring appliance brands.
IXL Home is the consumer product business unit of IXL Group, with an organisation that is focused on the development & growth of the IXL brand, as well as a distributor of premium global brands, for the Australian and New Zealand market.
